The Board shall follow the provisions of the Interstate Compact on Educational Opportunity for Military Children (Compact) set forth in the Ohio Revised Code.  Where the Compact requires the District to provide accommodations to children of military families, it will do so with regard to issues including:

1. Education records, transcripts, immunizations and enrollment;
    

2. Placement and attendance in courses, educational programs and special education services;
    

3. Eligibility for enrollment and, to the extent a student is otherwise qualified, extracurricular participation; and
    

4. Local graduation requirements.
